Cancellation Policy

Reservations canceled 14-3 days before arrival date are subject to a penalty of 2 nights. Reservations canceled 2-0 days prior to arrival or in case of No Shows will not be refunded. Similarly, do not apply refunds for early departures. Christmas, New Year, Easter,  or any other holiday: Reservations canceled 31 days or more prior to arrival date are subject to a charge of 10% of the total amount of your reservation, the amount minimum $ 45.00 USD. Reservations canceled 30 to 15 days before date of arrival are subject to a penalty of 2 nights. Reservations canceled 14-0 days before arrival, or in case of No Shows will not be refunded. Similarly no refunds for early departures apply
There will be no exceptions to the cancellation policy in the event of flight complications, personal
emergencies or other situations that can not be controlled, including, but not limited to, nearby construction or
other disturbances.
Damage deposit
A damage deposit will be collected upon arrival at the rental unit. The deposit is $ 50 dlls (or the equivalent in
pesos) for short stays (less than 1 week), and is equal to one month’s rent for long stays (1 month or more).
Right to Enter
Representatives of property have the right to enter the property on vacation at a given time, with prior notice
to customers, in order to inspect the property and perform any duties under the management agreement
property with the owner of the property.
The number of persons specified in the booking confirmation is the maximum number of people allowed to
stay in the rental property. If guests arrive than stated on the booking confirmation, which may be denied
employment, or an extra person charge of $ 400 pesos per guest, per night will apply.
Guests occupy the rental property will be responsible for any damage caused by them or their guests to the
property or assets while staying at this property. Cost of damage is limited to the repair or replacement cost of
the damaged items. Guests can not remove any items from the property, such as kitchen appliances,
glassware, furniture or other items, or the cost of replacing your credit card will be charged.
NO SMOKING, NO PETS: Pets are not allowed in any of our units. Smoking is allowed outside any window /
door open is not allowed. Smoking is permitted on the balconies as the doors and windows are closed. If you
smoke in the unit, an additional cleaning fee of $ 200 will be applied Dlls.
Severe Weather
We do not refund rents or deposits lost due to canceled or shortened stays due time. Departures due to
inclement weather make any refund of rent or deposit order. Recommend Travel Insurance during hurricane
Community Rules
Marena Suites & Apartments is committed to complying with the standards of the community. These can be
displayed on the unit or at the community pool or at the office. These rules are subject to change without

Payment methods
Bank transfer, electronic transfer, cash, Paypal, Visa and Mastercard are accepted. Marena Suites &
Apartments is not liable to cover bank transfer fees.

Guarantees Guest. Agreements
GUEST assures us that the tenants will observe all conditions and terms of this agreement on the income
maintenance in good condition and look and behave in a manner inoffensive to neighbors.
GUEST ensures that any tenant who violates any of the terms of this Agreement shall be immediately denied
occupancy and shall remedy any damages or other expenses that are caused by the tenant and / or guest (s)
of the tenant.
GUEST agrees that any tenant who is found using drugs or allows others to use drugs on the premises
continued occupancy in these premises will be immediately denied.
GUEST and / or their guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the
premises for immoral or illegal purposes, nor violate any law or ordnance, nor commit waste or nuisance in or
around facilities.
GUEST agrees that during the term of this agreement and maybe more as he / she occupies the premises,
he / she will keep the rental clean and free of trash, garbage and other wastes; and all pipes, wires, glass,
plumbing and other installations in the same condition as at the commencement of the rental, or be put in
during the term of the contract.
GUEST agrees to indemnify and save our company from all liability, loss or damage arising from any nuisance or harm made or suffered on the premises for guests, tenants or guests or from any carelessness, negligence or improper conduct of any persons entering, occupying or visiting the premises.
We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage or alteration of the terms of your reservation caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to war, terrorist activity, civil commotion, flight delays or cancellations, airport closures, lost luggage, adverse weather conditions, flood, fire or labor dispute. We can not accept any responsibility for the failure of public services such as water, electricity, internet or breakdown of the air conditioning system supplies. Nor for the consequences of the act or omission of persons who may control or supply main services, or for any actions taken in the vicinity of the property reserved, by any authority over which there is no control.
We can not accept any responsibility for personal safety during your holiday. It is particularly important that children are supervised at all times in and out of the rental property. We assume no responsibility for accidents. You are reminded to be careful about their personal safety and the safety of their peers. Whenever possible, you should leave valuables safe and out of sight.
Released credit card.
I understand and consent to the use of the credit card without the original signature on the charge slip, that an email of this agreement will serve as an original, and that this authorization of credit card can not be revoked and will not end until 90 days after the car is idle. Additional charges may include: telephone and satellite television rates unauthorized long distance; excessive cleaning costs; damage beyond normal.
